These programs support timely detection of abnormalities, assessment of individual risk factors, and the development of a clear, medically justified plan for further care.

The check-up programs are suitable both for individuals without symptoms who wish to undergo regular health monitoring, and for patients experiencing long-term or recurrent complaints requiring more in-depth gastrointestinal diagnostics.

Who should consider a digestive health check-up?

Digestive health screening is especially recommended:

from the age of 45;
for individuals with a family history of gastrointestinal or liver diseases;
for patients with previously diagnosed digestive disorders requiring follow-up;
in the presence of metabolic risk factors such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, or elevated cholesterol;
as well as in cases of persistent or recurrent symptoms, including abdominal pain, bloating, heartburn, nausea, or changes in bowel habits.

Upper Endoscopy and Colonoscopy*

This program includes endoscopic examination of both the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract, allowing detection of:

esophageal inflammation and reflux-related changes;
gastritis and peptic ulcer disease;
possible Helicobacter pylori infection;
intestinal polyps and adenomas;
inflammatory bowel diseases;
early precancerous or malignant change.

* In addition to the procedures, the program includes a structured discussion with the patient based on a health assessment questionnaire, which must be completed prior to the visit. Following the procedures, results are interpreted during a gastroenterologist consultation.

Advanced digestive health assessment program

Upper Endoscopy, Colonoscopy and Abdominal Ultrasound*

In addition to endoscopic diagnostics, this program includes ultrasound examination of abdominal organs to evaluate:

hepatic steatosis or hepatomegal;
gallstones and biliary tract changes;
structural abnormalities of the pancreas;
kidney cysts or enlargement;
other abdominal organ pathology.

This is the most complete program, combining endoscopic diagnostics, abdominal ultrasound, and laboratory investigations to assess digestive system health, overall health status, and metabolic risk factors.
